Hello again,
I have a liquid supplement that has some form of
Sugar in it (I think it's fructose). I have stopped taking it for now but I was wondering if the single teaspoon of
Sugar would be harmful, or if the trace amounts are of little consequence (it's not one of those things that's really much of a pleasant "sugar fix") and I would benefit from the nutrients in any case?
I'd hate to see it go to waste, as it was kinda pricey. :(
