Oh, sure. In fact I just got through a flare (I still flare when I get my period, but now that is the only time I flare) and was very anxious for about 3 days. Kind of a low level rumble of anxiety that colors everything and drives me nuts, because there is nothing I can do to get rid of it. If it were caused emotionally, relaxation tools might help, but this is definitely physical in nature. I wish I had some great ideas, but I am afraid I don't.
