I am a newcomer to this forum, and I need to save some reading time.
Do you recall seeing a list of fruit and vegetable sources of Vitamin C?
We have just lucked out in that we have moved onto property that has lain fallow for many years, and is now being organically gardened, by friends. It is also watered from a well.
What would you grow?
I appreciate Owen's mention of the high Vitamin C content in seaweeds...and I am very interested in baths that allow nutrients to enter the body (and toxins/excesses to exit), by osmosis.
Has there been any discussion of, say, seaweed baths?
In the Salt forum, there is mention of baths in a one percent (1%) solution of Himalayan crystal salt (used because it is likely uncontaminated); at 97 degrees; for 20 to 30 minutes.
Does anyone know anything about this concept?
