It does sound great because raw foods do amazing things, as does fasting for cleansing and getting enzymes from the raw foods as well, but what about building up and making sure you are getting iron and B12 and proteins which are also necessary. Like eggs and meats and healthy fat intake like fish oils, butter, animal fats, olive oil etc.
I recommend you get into reading the findings of Dr Weston Price. He has studied the healthiest cultures/specimens around the world and their diets and his findings were very very interesting.

If a person follows a diet that includes a good balance of everything in all the good foods, rather than focussing too much on a particular way of eating, they usually end up with the best of both worlds. E.g. vegetables/fruits (raw when possible), grains (non gluten if this is an issue), nuts and seeds, organic
Sugar free yoghurt, fermented foods, raw honey, meats, eggs, fats (as above). It is to keep fruit/grains/honey limited due to high natural carbs and if someone has candida they can be almost as bad as direct sugar. You will be able to find out what suits you best. But I'd definitely eliminate all the bad foods with sugar/white flour/gluten and hardened vegetable oils/trans fats and keep off them.
Best wishes.
