Most everyone else says to wait a minimum of two weeks if you got stones out. There are several good reasons to wait before your next flush:
the stones remaining need to move forward in the gallbladder and liver, and they need to "declump" and soften some more.
The toxins released are overloading all your systems right now. They need time to detox from the detox! ;)
Epsom Salts are entirely optional and indeed are very hard on the kidneys as Es is really just magnesium/sodium, both of which are essential blood salts that the kidneys must regulate at very limited levels in the blood. A tiny bit of Es daily can actually be a good thing, and some CureZone members, especially those suffering with candida or migraines, swear by it, but the dose for the flush is rather extreme.
The reasons for the Es are twofold: to relax bile ducts which aids the passage of the stones, and as a laxative to cause massive diarrhea and get all the stones and toxins out of your bowels quickly.
If you compensate for this by taking stone-softening agents and doing a
colonic or deep enema post-flush, the Es really is not necessary. I've only used it for 2 of my flushes and saw no greater results than any of the non-Es flushes. And my non-Es flushes are comfy. :) No dehydration, no diarrhea, no fatigue, no nausea, no drinking awful tasting Es.
Hope that helps! :)
