In the early 20th century when that book was written, medicine was very diff from what it is now. Docs had clinical skills and used them, instead of practicing "defensive medicine" in fear of malpractice suits! Medicine was not so institutionalized that they could not use the practical thinking abilithy that God gave them. Research could be practiced by all docs based on their clinical experience, not just a specialist class of research physicians prostituted to Big Pharma!

Answer: 1st Instead of "Life-saving powers" of the lymphatics = Let us call it the "Life-giving Energy Powers" of the Lymphatics !

Or the Energy-giving Powers of the Lymphatics !

And for this to be so, there "Must" be Reactions of Acids against Alkaline Minerals !

The Lymphatics provide the Means of Energy to Flow from Matter to Matter in the Body !

This can "ONLY" take place in an Energized Alkalized Media !

As I have mentioned before Matter is just Slowed down Energy !

So, to rebuild Sick and Diseased Organs of the body, one "MUST" have an Alkalized Lymphatic system, or it may be Impossible to Recover from Sickness and Diseases !

This also means that the Skin Mantle "Must" be of an Alkaline Nature if one is to be Healthy, because the skin mantle is the exterior of the Lymphatic Fluids, which "MUST" be of an Alkaline Nature for any Hope of Recovery from Sickness and Diseases !

Is it any wonder "WHY" so many people are Sick and Diseased with their skin mantle being Acidic ?

And where they stated "Life-sustaining" machinery of man, it should have said the "Energy-giving" machinery of man !

And here is another idea they Lack in understanding: The fact that it differs in chemical composition from the blood plasma seems to prove the latter point to be correct. It is a slightly viscid, alkaline fluid, nearly colorless and odorless, varying somewhat in different locations, and carrying variable numbers of leucocytes. The leucocytes are regarded as casual guests of the lymph, and not an essential part of it. End of quote.

Answer: While they have figured out that the Lymph Fluids are an Alkaline Fluid, they would be Better off to refer to it as the Lymph Fluids are or should be a slightly "sticky Alkaline Fluid", nearly colorless etc !

And then they brush off the Importance of the leucocytes as not being important ?

These old fellows were pretty smart back then !

So, what else do the present Day overly Educated Mis-understand about the Lymphatic system ?

Thru-out the article they refer to the condition of Feeding from one matter to another matter ?

As in feeding your cat or dog !

They miss the whole point about how a Cell feeds it's self !

And are still trying to see where the Nerves are Connected to the rest of the body?

This Wrong conception about the Nerves may be their undoing ?

For while they may consider a Nerve to be something physical, the whole "Truth" stays hidden from their eyes !

For all a Nerve may be is the Energy of the spark of firing and misfiring, which moves thru the Lymph Fluids !

And it may be the firing from one receptor to the next, to the Brain, which is the Final Receptor !

But, as Distilled water is unable to carry current, so may the case be of Lymphatic Fluids, which Lack in needed Alkaline Mineral Salts, thus preventing the Lymph Fluids from being able to conduct the Flow of Energy from any part of the body to the brain !

As usual not everything may be as it may first seem to be !
