i am so pleased you are generally a lot better:). The bloating is more than likely your system trying to rebalance itself again. To help it along, try some chamomile tea (hot water, no milk for any herbal tea), which is very soothing to the stomach, and if that doesn't do the job on it's own after a few hours, try alternating it with peppermint tea, which helps to stimulate the digestive system and help to clear excess gas build up - however, have peppermint tea after food, rather than on an empty stomach. Chamomile can be taken any time at all, it is also calming for the nervous sytem and is nice to take before bedtime too. And try to eat good fresh healthy foods generally, keeping "bloating" foods like bread, mushrooms,
Sugar and milk low on your agenda for a few days till things settle a bit more. Hopefully the symptoms won't be with you for too long:) take care:) x
