Res, I went from a liver that felt like I had a basketball stuffed inside my ribcage and not digesting foods to well on my way to recovery in 19 months.
I decided to fight the good fight ... my mama's folks die with bad livers that turns into liver cancer ... 6 of them so far.
I'm 70-80% water ... so I started there ... I drink steam distilled water ... organic juices and herbal teas made with the water that I make for myself.
My food is organic, most of it raw ... NOTHING but raw fruit and juice, or herbal tea duing the day. At night, I usually have hummus and chips. I supplement with 3 tablespoons of plant fats each day - Udo's Choice 3-6-9 for balanced omegas in the morning, coconut oil in the afternoon, a liquid lecithin/evoo liver formula at bedtime.
(On the food thing - once a week, I eat out with buddies for lunch at work, chicken and very lightly cooked eggs or a fruit and chicken wrap from Sprouts, or chinese that is very veggie and chicken. One night a week, I "cook" my grandson a veggie meal - tonight it was veggies roasted with coconut oil and a varity greens salad and tomatoes with a home-made dressing that was delicious and totally organic and healthy.
I'm taking LBB to heal my digestive tract and do the cleansing, been on it for 10 months and will take it everyday for the rest of my life if necessary!
I'm doing my 2nd kidney cleanse.
I'm on Dewormer and taking a maintenance dose of one tablespoon a week after having done a 30 day parasite cleanse.
I only found it necessary to do 16 flushes to become stone free, then switched to a milder flush for constant maintenance.
I've tried heavy metal cleansing with chlorella but my liver ain't ready!!!!
I tried using kelp for iodine, but liver ain't ready for that either.
Lymph cleansing is a regular in my life also ... dry skin brushing, walking, (does it count that I BOUGHT a trampoline or do I have to use it???), sitz bathing.
