I don't want you all to forget about newbies at the OP forum. I still need you guys to visit every once in awhile. Most of you are very well versed in the EFA's and I don't want to completely lose all that talent....
You do good things here. I'm excited to see where this forum will go in 6 mos, one year, 5 years. I wonder what will be learned? Sky's the limit.

i just visited OP(i see that as your forum) and how the heck can i improve on what you are doing? i will post when i can, but damn, you got it covered.
i have my own health to consider too! i keep trying to pull away and get outside where i belong but it just keeps coming.
i love you, mollybloom. i love oil pulling. and yes, the shear number of super quality posters here blow me away. i have always been a "quality instead of quantity" type of person, but to have both is just like heaven:
