Baking soda in water will do the trick. It will lower your stomach acidity and help your ph.
Beware, you do not want an alcaline stomach at meal time because your food will not be digested adequately so take the soda in water one hour away from meals on either side.
Calcium is essential in order to cancel the stomach acidity.
Magnesium is essential in order to assimilate calcium.... but candida depletes magnesium. The cause of your stomach acidity is most likely a calcium deficiency.
You must supplement in magnesium 600 mg to 1,000 mg a day (enough to get as many bowel movement on the following day as you had meals on that day - usually 3). Keep augmenting mag. intake - slowly - until you get 3 bm/day. If you get diarrhea, reduce the mag. intake.
Remember, liquid assimilates better. Mag. in liquid form is Chloride mag. (the taste sucks, but diluted in a glass of water it is not so bad).
Calcium you can find in pills that disolve in water (watch the ingredients though some of them have Sugar
in the mix).
For the gas, short term, enemas will help (or colemas of colonics). So will the 3 bm/day. Long term, you will need to do a Bowel Cleanse
and a liver cleanse, but get the minerals in balance first.
