I flushed last night using Dr. Clark's recipe. I followed the procedure exactly as she advises. I can't tell you how many flushes I have done but I know it's been over 10. I knew I had Gallstones because I had an ultrasound done in the hospital in 2000.
In the beginning I flushed 2-3 weeks apart until I saw no more stones. Folks, it does happen and it can happen to you. You keep flushing and you will eventually see no more stones. I will also tell you that each of my flushes produced different results. The first flush, I was apprehensive, but at 1:00 a.m. I passed this long green rope. I have not read anyone else who passed anything like this, but I know I did. I must have really been stopped up! Then the stones began and there were so many, I couldn't count. The first flush took a lot out of me and I remember resting the next day.
After that, the flushes became easier. It seems like the 3rd-5th flushes produced the blackiest and the biggest stones. Those had probably been in there awhile. Then after a couple more flushes, the stones became fewer and fewer until there were none.
I have done two "maintenence" flushes since then counting the one last night and still...........NO STONES! It's been at least 6 months since my last flush.
Now, you may wonder if I've gone back to have another ultrasound? The answer is no. You may ask if I have had my stones "tested" to see if they are real? The answer is no and I won't. In the first place, I really never had the desire to carry a bag of stones to be analyzed and as skeptical as the medical community is anyway about people actually being smart enough to heal themselves, they would find a way to say "it just ain't so!"
But, I know I passed real stones and I know they are gone now.
As the saying goes...."I know that I know that I know......

This is a reply to # 92,817Congratulation. your words were very inspiring and real. i believe 100% in every word you say. I´ve done 2 flushes so far and had over 700 stones out. I follow sensible health recipe and it seems to work perfectly as well. I´ll keep flushing till the happy day when i get to the point of seeing no stones. Well done Paulette!!

MoreThis is a reply to # 92,819You will get there. One day there will be no more stones! But, you know, I remember the day it happened to me when I saw no more stones, I was a little depressed. You see, flushing those stones had been such a big part of my life and I would get SO excited when I saw those stones in the toilet that when there wasn't any more to float, it was a bummer! I do envy you flushers seeing those stones!

thank you for your post.
I have been seeing no stones during my 2 last LF. Now I am on my 7th, I think, and I am waiting for the results. I hope there will be, because it's allergy time, and I hope to see my pollen symptoms lessen...
I had appendicitis surgery when I was a child and I recently read in an alternative book that once you have been operated, there is nothing to do to recover from health problems (also written a post about this at Allergies Forum).
Anyway Paulette, thanks again, you have been inspiring to me to keep on doing flushes...Happy to know you are improving!

Hello again,
I have been retired for over 10 years,I use to work 7 days a
week in real estate. It is absolutely wonderful.
Other people thought I was going to be bored.
Did not happen with my dog and cat, grandchildren and outside work there is enough to do.
Besides Curezone could keep you busy the whole day, if you
wanted to.
This is terrible I forgot to mention my husband who is wonderful.
We are very lucky both the children with the grandchildren live within 2 miles from us. We can't complain.
Hope you are looking forward to a happy retirement. Just realize the negative thing is you are getting older. :)

This is a reply to # 92,834Congrats Southern Belle on being stone-free. How do you feel? Have you noticed a significant physical difference in how you feel? Do tell..I'm doing my first flush in over a year,and I never fully flushed out last time, so I probably have several to do. I am going to follow through this time and do them until I am stone-free, instead of peetering out after a couple, like I have in the past. I would love to hear how doing that has affected you.
And Hanna, I am thinking of going in to real estate as a professional. Did you enjoy doing it? It seems like it would have flexible hours, which I really like. I currently work in a restaurant and I have good experience with people skills. I want a job that is more challenging, but I don't think I could handle sitting in an office all day. I have a design degree and am very familiar with the building industry. What do you think?- Hi nobugsplease... southern belle

People skills are very important. I am not the type for a 9-5 job either.
To be successful you have to do it full time, 7 days a week.
In one way it is flexible, but on the other hand you might be in the middle of something and people want to look at a house in an hour and you better do it otherwise they will call someone else.
After about 3-5 years you will be starting to get return business.
Good luck if you want to try it.

This is a reply to # 92,820No, it NOT true that you can't recover your health once your appendix has been removed. Mine was removed in 2000 (that's how I found out I had gallstones) and I found curezone, did the flushes and the rest is history........
So, you WILL have robust health. Just set your mind to it and you will have the good health you deserve!

And very encouraging to flush newbies like myself.
Incidentally, during my first flush (about 10 days back), I passed
a couple of green ropes too. And I found that the biliary sludge reported in my Ultra sound report cleared with that - perhaps it was that...
And with a lot of encouragement from Fernando, Johanna and others I am getting for my 3rd flush after a week

This is a reply to # 92,829Paulette...I'm new here so I'm wondering what symptoms you had that starting you to do Liver Flushes and if your symptoms are now all gone? I did my first flush on Friday following Clark and I don't know if I'll do that one again. My butt stung some much from the salt water that I was in agony. I had alot of stones come out but most were very small (about the size of small seeds) and very few were the size of baby peas. At least it worked.

This is a reply to # 92,835I had no symptoms at all. I was having an ultrasound done at the hospital and the Gallstones were discovered then. The Dr. told me when I began having problems with my gallbladder to come and see him. I remember asking him why couldn't I just pass the stones and he laughed at me and said there was no way a person could pass a gallstone. Well, that made no sense to me because people pass kidney stones everyday! I knew I didn't want to have gallbladder surgery, so someone told me if I took peppermint oil, that would dissolve them. So, I took LOTS of peppermint oil. Then, when I found this website, it was my real answer!
What has happened to me since my series of flushes:
Allergies are all but gone
I sleep better
My skin texture is much smoother and much softer
My sense of well being is so good now. Your liver stores your emotions, so when your flush the liver, you flush those emotions right out of your body. It gave me such a peace of mind. The best part is that I know I am healthier. Having all those toxins in my body couldn't be good.
So, I would tell anyone to flush. It's just about the best thing you can do for your body.

This is a reply to # 92,837Thanks Paulette. I'm hoping to get rid of my allergies as well...and hopefully find it easier to lose a bit of weight. I have no problem putting it on but it sure is tough to take it off. I can already notice a difference in the way I feel from my first flush, so hopefully I'll just keep getting better and better.

This is a reply to # 92,824You got another ultra sound that showed the bilary sludge was gone? Honestly this is the kind of stuff that people need to do!! Pre- and Post- flush lab tests that show results!
Any way you can share the results?
