I will be daring here, don't jump on me, this works for me but I don't suggest this as the right thing to do.
Since I have been around for 4 years on CZ and by nature lazy (may be I should say loose interest), since a month I went back to coffee (watered down).
First cup with 10+ drops of Lugol
+ 1tsp sorghum, 2nd 1 tsp minerals with a few drops of oregano (just like the different taste) + stevia or sorghum, 3rd between 5-8000mg C + stevia (this 1 hr away from the 1st one). My husband gets 2 drops Lugol
and less C.
When I get up drink water and take 100-200mg of Niacin, love that prickly feeling.
Through the day here and there selenium, now back to the magnesium (had forgotten about it) niacin, vit D on doctor's advice.
If I drink wine I add a few drops of Lugol
or at the end of the afternoon take some Iodoral.
I only use salt on food.
In principle the whole day is flexible except for the morning coffee. Sometimes I take more L in the coffee if I am not planning to be around at night.
