I've followed the Liver Flush protocol exactly, and I've bumped the timing back a couple of hours. Both times worked well for me. Good luck.

You know, there have been people who flushed during the day. I would never recommend it, but it has been done.

Along those same lines, there are some people who swear by the full moon with the good results they receive from a liver flush.
