I do take my dog for 20-30 minute morning walks every day, but nothing more than that. I typically work a 12 hour day so it doesn't leave a whole lot of time for much else.
I while ago I tried doing a straight
Water Fast but the morning of day 4 I nearly blacked out in the shower so that put a quick end to it. So I decided to try a water / juice fast and haven't had a problem yet. Granted, the first 3-4 days there we're hunger pains and headaches but after that passed it's actually been rather enjoyable! Suddenly everything in the cookbooks look wonderfully delicious - even the things I'd never think of trying before. I'm marking all the pages I'm going to try when I've completed my 40 days.
The first day I lost 4
lbs. The second & third days - 3 lbs each. Then it pretty much evened out to 1 lb. on juice days and 1.5 - 2 lbs on water days. I also take Super
Colon Cleanse capsules every night and drink half my weight in
ounces of water each day.
As for juices, I came up with a rather odd combination that makes me feel really good (but sounds terrible). 3 carrots; 1 apple; 1 apricot; 1/2 cucumber; 1/2 yam; about a fist size serving of brocolli and a handful of parsley. :D
