I am sipping some fresh squeezed OJ as I type this (and getting quite a buzz from it :) ) - this was my first cleanse - and I did the full 10 day minimum very strictly.
I feel fantastic and as a nice benefit went from 180 to 166 which is just awesome. I have no cravings for anything other than fresh food and am looking forward to sushi in 3 days as a reward.
It was a challenge to say the least, I didn't stop getting the 'spins' and cravings until day 7, but then something clicked and I was totally fine. I entertained the thought of going longer but 10 days is enough for my first time.
Thanks to everyone in here for the awesome support, it was needed!
