Iodoral is just Lugols in tablet form. As far as causing those problems, I'd say no. It's the reason you are taking Iodine is to relieve those problems.

I've been taking Iodoral for months now, and I prefer the easy tab form as opposed to the drops. I most likely will never take Lugols but will continue on the Iodoral. It was mentioned that the Lugols was easier as far as doseage. One Iodoral is 12.5 mg. I guess with Lugols you could do half a drop too.
