Can anyone tell me how much iFlora to take? As well all know what is recommended on the bottle is a lot of times the minimal and not sufficient for results. The bottle of my iFlora says take one to two capsules daily. May increase to 4 daily.
I know with Primal Defense sometimes people get upi to 12 caps a day and maybe more. I am at a loss at how much iFlora to take. Anyone have any suggestions?
