Yep cut back until your bowels are working. I don't recommend VCO for anyone with constipation problems. Its probably just a temporary thing - your body adjusting to a new food.
Ironically if you eat enough you'll probably get diarhea - but this isn't a particularly wise thing to do.
What to do about constipation?
Try a gentle fibre such as flax - drink plenty of water with it. Unlike psyllium, flax is much less likely to constipate. Also take some olive oil with it - and generally have as much olive oil as you like (will help bile flow and stool movement).
Keep moving - don't sit still. Exercise if you can. Yoga is great. If not, just go for a walk (the best exercise). This will aid the body's natural peristalsis. And above all don't fret and worry - you'll have to go sooner or later.
