So, today is Day 5 and I feel like I may be wasting my time and am turning to this forum for support and guidance. I have not been hungry at all for the 5 days, I have not been eliminating other than after the SWF. I know the point if this is not to lose weight, but I have not lost any!!! I do have more energy, but feel pretty bloated and am bored with this. I feel like it would be healthier for me to go back to eating healthy food - veg, fruit, fish, etc... i feel like maple syrup and lemons are not the way to a healthier me...please advice. By the way, I am a 5'3" 120lbs female. I'm drinking the 6 glasses, plus water, the lax tea at night and the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the am. what should I do?
