The problem is that there are hundreds of parasites and microbes for consideration! To narrow out one or another could be a problem. Despite this you could ask for a specific panel on three very common worm parasites:
Ascaris, Hookworm, and Tapeworm
Perhaps others: Echinococcosis, Stronglysis
Molds/Fungi
If it were me, I'd also ask for a large blood panel done other than the standard which doesn't catch very much. The purpose for a larger panel would be for the purposes of detecting possible other infections (i.e. bacterial).
