Treat yourself with something that you have really wanted. A book, go see that movie you've been wanting to see, buy some new shoes ... or underwear ... anything. If you can't afford it then just go try on a new outfit -- you don't have to buy it. Write in a journal. Start a blog. Take a nap. Meditate. Walk...
