Have you read the description of this forum?? A GREAT place to start. Only takes a couple minutes to read and will help you get your footing.
Iodine comes in many forms. The three main ones I have read about here are Lugol's solution, Iodoral - Lugol's in tablet form, and detoxified iodine. No one can choose for you. Be sure you know what you are taking before you put it in your mouth... it is your life and your responsibility.

I have (had) the same problem with my upper lids. (Well, they're back again, but I'm not allowing it to discourage me as I'm going through heavy detox again.)
I, too, was no longer "lifting weights" every time I opened my eyes! Looking forward to it again...perhaps after I'm done detoxing???

This is a reply to # 910,329different angles, lighting... and plopped them together.. I thought they looked cool.
The top one is from almost directly above.
I did manage to take a half dozen closeup detailed 'before' pics in the process of making this profile pic, though. And from my last experience being raw - I watched how my whole face changed, and I will have photos to prove it now!
-edit - I changed the pic... a bit spooky, maybe. Smileks much better, especially since it reflects me today!
