I've lost 9
pounds in 12 days - went from 196 to 187. I am getting bored with the fasting, but otherwise doing fine. I am missing my morning coffee and I'm iritable today. I can't believe that in 2 more days it will be 2 weeks! I honestly didn't know when I started that this would be it. No false starts or anything. I just keep telling myself - one more day could mean one more pound, and so on. I am excited to fit into my old clothes again. At least with
juicing I can switch things up a bit, so I like that. But my favorite is carrot/apple. I think I have that most every day - or carrot/apple/celery is another staple.
