This morning I woke up not hungry. It is the first day that I truely haven't been hungry. I think it has taken me longer than others because I still allow myself juice, and an occasional miso soup. I do have a slight headache. Today I am wanting food for comfort, but I wont cave. We always go out to breakfast on Sunday and a nice veggie/egg white omlet is what I always get. It sounds soooo good. We are still going to go, but I am going to just get a grapefruit juice. I didn't lose any weight this morning, which was a bummer, but I'm still motivated. I don't want to have to do day 1,2,3 again - so I'm going to keep at it. My energy level is coming back and I think I can resume normal workouts this week. I am just telling myself how great it will feel to be back to my healthy weight, and feeling clearer than ever. How is everyone else?
