Can a female who has endured and persevered through her T.O.M (menstrual cycle) while fasting please offer me some support here?!?!
I feel ravenous beyond belief all of the sudden (I just started last night---sorry, tmi). I seriously need support to keep going. I want to go out right now and get an Olive Garden salad and soup combo soooo badly!
I've done so well up to this point. Is this my body telling me I SHOULD eat right now, or is it just another temptation I need to fight through? Thanks for the help!!!
