my bowels are still black but now with a little redish color. is it blood? i'm worried that the parasites are damaging my liver. its getting worse... i think i have many parasites because there are lots of movements and wigglings. i always feel tired nowadays and i easily get exhausted. the part of my back (opposite the heart) is always hurting. there is this dull pain and my abdomen hurts when i press it. is it internal bleeding? can i take humaworm eventhough i feel weak?
