My goal is a minimum of 10 days, water only.
The time is right for me to do this, no more putting it off or excuses.
Is anyone else starting on Monday?
You can do it! Just jump in there and get started. I didn't have a partner until my 5th day. Once you get past the first 3 days you'll be pretty much set to achieve your goal of 10 days. I'm on day 7 now. The 4th and 5th days were energetic and great. I over-worked myself on the 5th day, so I was weak on the 6th. I think a little weakness is normal in the mornings. Just try and take it easy while you're fasting. Now, I'm on day 7 and day 10 seems right around the corner. It feels like I can easily accomplish that. Just my experience, but it seems pretty true to form on from the info posted here. Happy fasting!
