Yeah, it seems the British and the Canadians are much more active than the USA law enforcement agencies about child porn. Detective Sergeant Gillespie used to work for the Canadian police (the top investigator of child porn). He left his job about two years ago to help police all over the world and he also formed a computer network with Bill Gates. But not too much is being done in the USA because the ACLU fights against blocking too many websites.


Christianity Today magazine offers internet service and blocking, so maybe this is a good sign.

New York City Police just lost about 100 sexual offender records in the Bronx and now have absolutely no idea where the sexual offenders.


While in jail, prisoners are allowed to change their name (legally) for $40.00 and no one can discover them once they leave jail.

Maybe it's because there's a lack of logic in the gov't.

i think the police should hire geeks like me who have time on their hands and are able to infiltrate in these subcultures/forums. seriously, because it is such a big malpractice you cant expect to only put people on the case with an education, you will always run short on 'supply'. although ofcourse regulations/privacy etc etc is hard to get a grip on for a bystander i guess..
