Historically have always been a bit lethargic, food insensitive, bloating etc, but over the last 6 months I have had a cold every 6/7 weeks which lasts around 2 weeks combined with tremendous mucous and sinus problems. Although have been taking Vit C, B complex and Cal/Mag/Zinc supplements regularly for around 10 months these colds really knock me out. I haven't resorted to taking Antibiotics (too many aas a child for tonsil problems) only take aspirin if the pain in the sinus gets too much.

So decided to go down the parasite route first. Cut out all sugars, ate healthily and drank at least 2 veg juices a day for 10 days, which actually made the sinus worse. 2 days ago I did a garlic enema and out popped a handful of this stringy white stuff like jellyfish tentacles. The end of each one seemed to have BM attached and some looked like they had a dark line running down the centre and some of these were really long.

Now this wasn't what I was expecting and having posted on the papasite forum - no responses - I looked through the picture galleries and it looks identical to some photos on this forum. Reading through posts here for the last year I presume that this is the rooted form on Candida and that I am in need of some serious help.
