Sometimes it can take 3-10 days from the time an order is placed for it to actually be made and shipped out. All of our products are hand made in our production department and they are made in the order that they are received. Sometimes we are faster than other times depending on the volume of orders received. The first of every month has always been heavy ordering and I am sure that yours has probably been sent already.
