I was just looking up some more information on Water Fasting
when I stumbled upon a website. It was Yahoo! Answers. This one girl was asking if it was possible to lose about 30 pounds
by water fasting. Everyone said how sick you could get from doing so. All the websites I looked up besides this one said that fasting was safe but you should stop when you have problems.
This is my second day water fasting. Here are my stats.
This won't take more than about two weeks or so. Should I continue? I feel like I should. But I'm just nervous for the "health risks" that were explicitly brought to my attention.
I just need some reassurance and advice.
