ACV or Lemon juice added to the glass 1st and then add the BSM !
Then add the Lime water(Dilute Calcium Hydroxide water) and mix as one adds more water to finish filling the glass !
And the pinch of Epsom Salt may be disolved in this water , which is being added to finish filling the glass up !

I think the pickling lime water is just the diluted form of calcium hydroxide. You can buy the calcium hydroxide and dilute it yourself by adding a tablespoon to a gallon of water or you can buy the pre-mixed pickling lime water which is ready to go as is. Caution needs to be taken if you mix the calcium hydroxide yourself. If you go to the Moreless website and look under the alkalizing drink you will find the exact instructions.

Answer: I do not own that web site, nor am I the one who has organized it as such !
Invincible has Kindly done "ALL" of the work putting the website up and maintaining it!
Invincible has done a Great job of trying to pull together the info I have posted over time in curezone and re-post it in an easier format and style for those Seeking to follow these ideas to Learn to Help themself to Heal their own bodys !
It needs some changes made in some of the info, but as in anything , which grows with age and Better understanding, changes need to be made !
It is just a communication problem of how it is written, as this is a problem I face here with many people not understanding what point I am trying to get them to see, so that they may help their bodys Heal from their Sickness and Diseases !
People need to learn to look at the Whole picture and then learn to read between the Lines and start using some Common Sense, if they are going to Learn to Listen to their own bodys, what their own bodys is Screaming for help to be Healed !
For, if "WE" are unable to see the Simpleness of Health and Happiness, by doing what provides these, then "WE" may never find Health and Happiness !
Edit: As I see that certain points are not clear to people about what or how to do, of what I have been sharing, I try to Clarify in the present posts, as I have done in the above post !
