There are cycles that act on bodies and the daily 24hr cycle is called the circadian cycle. Blood flows through different organs at different of the day between the hours of 11.00pm and 1.00am the gallbladder is at its peak regenerative phase and between 1.00am and 3.00am it is the liver turn. In the evening at about 11.00 the gallbladder is also at its maximum contraction volume all these factors have some influence on the efficiency of the liver flush. It is a trade-off between maximised flush and convenience that we all have to make. Both morning and evening flushing are effective and the choice is yours. I just thought you might find it useful to know why the evening protocol is favoured.
There are many other factors that influence the flush such as our mood, food, monthly and yearly cycles. Nothing in life is perfect, nor should it be.
