Continuing will probably help you long term. Why not just find a solution to the problem?
As much as I don't like doing enemas, they are a great tool for good health especially when detoxing.
Then there is a tea called Yerbamate (yer-ba-MAW-tay) that acts as a bowel stimualant. Within 10 to 30 minutes after drinking, you'll be heading straight for the bathroom.... A good brand is the loose leaf tea Yerba Mate 'Royale' from the Wisdom of the Ages - it's mixed with stevia and licorice pepper and tastes good. It actually gives a mild energy lift, but without the caffeine... plus it is full of good minerals and antioxidants.
Don't forget Epsom Salts
- Just follow directions on the box. Humaworm says it's the same as Oxypowder
, but a lot less expensive.
I'm sure the health store has a lot of colon cleaners that also act as a laxative. I like Perfect 7.
How about good old prunes? I make a tonic, by placing 3 or 4 prunes in the bottom of a cup. Fill the cup with boiling water, add the juice of 1/2 lemon, a dash of stevia, add a couple of lemon slices to float, cover and let sit for about 12 to 15 minutes. Eat the prunes after sipping the tonic. Yummy.
Oh yes, I almost neglected to mention the most important thing! Water, lots of pure water... we need 1/2 our weight in ozs. If you weigh 140 you will need to drink at least 60 ozs. daily. If you don't do this you WILL have problems!
You already have 5 days into you cleanse, and length of time really is important. You would have to start over and the 5 days would be wasted. :)
