Anything can throw your digestive system off. For me, unless I see my chiro every 2 weeks I get a little curve shape in my spine (like a small C) instead of it being completely straight and I can't digest anything. Who would have thought that the straightness of the spine could affect digestion?!
If you're worried, you could always do a juice fast or just juice everyday for breakfast to help clean your gallbladder. I've read people claim apple, pineapple, grapefruit, and lemon are beneficial for the gallbladder. Or do a gallbladder flush, if you're so inclined. Listen to your intuition!
