My sinus infection is so bad that it needs something strong. How do you use hydrogen peroxide? The sinus congestion making my allergies worse.

Thank you for mentioning that, taking Antibiotics made my condition even worse. Now I start with anti fungal remedies.

The Mayo Clinic did a study and found some 40 different types of molds growing in victims sinuses. The book says to rub a drop of Wild Oregano oil on the skin next to the nose since Wild Oregano kills mold. I tried it and it seemed to open up my sinuses and help me breath. I also tried putting one drop in my Neti Pot with purified warm water but that really gave me a burning sensation due to the fact that my sinuses are inflamed most of the time. Once it stopped burning then I felt better. I don't know if it will help or not, just trying it. I have had sinus problems since I was in the 6th grade and I am now 52 years old so that is a long time to suffer with sinusitis. Donna
