Hello,
I have had skin rash issues on my arms and legs for quite some time. I have tried anti fungal creams and lotions to help but nothing seems to work. It seems to get better in the summer when I go in the salt water but it then turns white and gets itchy. Any ideas on differnt solutions to my problem? Thanks.
