Some days just get BUSY around here, and it caused me to wonder...
If you had to pick just ONE time a day to juice, which one would be the best (or does it matter)?
I'm thinking that if I just set a juicing
Time in stone, I'll do a lot better about being faithful to juice at least once a day. Right now, it could be anytime in the day, and as a result, it's not becoming part of my daily routine (in that I forgot yesterday, and today was so busy that I never got around to it, but two days ago we juiced twice). Granted, I am moving right now, packing boxes [with five young children, who I homeschool], finishing up some college classes myself, and we're building the house we're moving into, so things ARE a little crazier than normal and will continue to be for the next couple months. Still, I really want to make juicing
a part of my life, even during this bit of interim time...
Would morning be best, or is there a more beneficial time to do it?
