How do you feel? That is a better clue as to whether or not it is working. I had yeast in my lungs, and when it came out, there was thrush over my tongue also, tho of course I cannot say if that is what is happening to you. The only way I can think of that it could make things worse is if you are over-stressing your liver. In that case, my experience has been (disclaimer: this is my experience and we are all a little different) that 1) I will feel horrible for weeks and months on end, and 2) if my liver is over stressed, that puts my body in a perpetually toxic state because it is unable to process the toxins that the candida treatment is pulling out, and the candida will not go away no matter how much I try kill it, because candida thrives in a toxic environment, so I end up going around in circles. The sicker you are, the slower you have to go, and only you can judge when you are over doing it and therefore making things worse.

Sounds like typical die-off to me. It will pass.
