I use AOL and had the same problem when I was trying to set up Mistral. I never got the password email. I must have tried a dozen times.

After the crash, the Mistral user account was lost, and I was able to go to
http://www.gmail.com,
create an email account, and set up the Mistral curezone account again, and got the email password successfully.

Because the refreshed Curezone account still exists, you might have to pick a different one.
