Hello!

I was wondering if someone could give me a bit of information of the two herbs Agnus Castus and Wild Yam.

I have had a real struggle with Acne around my mouth in the past few months. I have Acne in other places, but the area around my mouth is very very red from weeks and weeks of persistant whiteheads. I recently cae upon a bit of info that suggested that, while Acne in other places (forhead, back, nose etc) can be linked to organ congestion, the mouth appeared to be different, it said the problem was hormonal imbalance. I know that organ congestion can lead to hormonal imbalance and I am in the process of doing a bit of internal cleansing and trying to stick to an anti-candida diet, but I was wondering if directly addressing hormonal imbalance could help the acne around my mouth.

I found that two herbs have shown to be useful in helping acne in men by helping to balance hormone levels. I have been warned of using herbs to hastily, but I can hardly find any info on these two herbs.

Can anyone help me out? Is there anything I shouldnt do while taking these herbs? Can I take them together?
