I am starting to see some success! my weight started at 179.5lbs (5'9") - and then it actually went up slightly yesterday (I think to 180) as I got my period, but not as much as my normal weight gain of about 3lbs before my period - anyhow - I wasn't going to weigh myself today but decided to and my weight dropped to 175.5lbs! 4lbs in 5 days and I'm on the 2nd day of my period so that's unusual. I feel fine - I can amazingly focus on what I want. I mean I really can see myself thinner and I think visualizing is important. When you don't see weight loss or weight loss is slow it's hard to stay motivated - but when you see a 4lbs weight loss in 5 days - it's enough to keep me on track. I would guess the weight loss is slightly more because it usually drops after my period. Anyhow, excited! I plan to read here for more advice and hints - I haven't bought any detoxing supplements because I found some things I already had - but for whatever reason quit taking. I get hungry but will just drink a bunch of water or diluted fruit juice to take the edge off, then I focus on an image of me thinner.
