Creating,
I had some odd experiences after my Humaworm cleanse, and after eating some high-enzyme foods daily for a couple of weeks or more. I also took the liver cleanse tea preferred by White Tiger for a day or two, but not consistantly.
The foods I ate almost daily were...
...Fresh pineapple mixed with fresh papaya,
...Home-grown mung bean sprouts, and,
...A twelve-day course of Bio-K.
Plus my usual high-veggie diet. No or little meat, two eggs per day, soft-poached...for the lecithin in the yolks.
This was a test to see if higher intake of digestive enzymes would assist bile production and flow, and thereby improve BM texture and frequency.
I had remained at once-per-day although a little more difficult during the Humaworm cleanse.
My main concerns and reasons for trying the higher enzyme/probiotic count were...
...A large gallstone that seems to move well into the duct, then back to the gallbladder. (I must tell you that the liver cleanse tea originally moved stones out of the liver very nicely!)
...A degree of 'pastiness' that appeared in the stool, which is apparently due to decreased bile flow. Somewhat lighter color, too.
The 'event' I wanted to tell you about was TWO BM's in one day.
The first had a small amount of dark brown stool at the beginning and the end, while the main part was almost white. Even the Bio-K, which is white and tastes like a fine buttermilk, could not have made that stool because I drank it once per day with meals.
The second bathroom visit produced a stool that was pastel green and quite pasty. It was dotted with small round black 'seeds' that were obviously parasites of some kind.
The next day the stool turned brown once more, with no signs of the previous day's odd colors. The consistency was also better.
I tell this story as evidence that we don't know WHAT is happening inside, or what we will see in the bowl. I was totally surprised.
How could deposits like this have built up inside? I ate nothing that would have appeared like those after digestion.
Still, whatever gallstone or stones are in there, are still behaving the same, although with less discomfort. I am also less concerned about bile production and flow.
No doubt I still have 'blockages' of one type or another...and I look forward to many more 'surprises'.
I hope my experience helps you. Keep trying things until you are satisfied. You'll know when you have achieved something...you'll feel so good!
My best,
Fledgling
P.S. I have also upped my consumption of dried kelp leaves, and done one or two 'mini-cleanses' with a little fresh grapefruit juice and an equal amount of olive oil, shaken, and sipped over a few hours.
And I'm getting down more water (though not yet enough, I'm sure), by sipping 12 oz. cups of hot water, as though it were tea.
