Thanks for the replies...I guess I get a bit antsy when nobody posts for a few days.
Mightymike,
Any exercise is good...if you want to take best advantage of the Warrior Diet.
Evton B.,
For your lunchtimes, I would suggest along with vegetables and fruits is to have a single protein source...about 30 to 40 grams of cottage cheese, chicken breast, tuna, even a decent cut of lunchmeat if that is more convenient. If you are getting back to exercising, I would suggest if you can to eat a combination of protein and carbs immediately after exercise (within a 30 min window). That will help to ensure what you're eating will go to maintaining/building muscle and not gaining fat. I would also suggest getting a whey supplement (no soy) that you can have on occasion with carbs after you work out...you don't have to have microfiltered whey, but in general whey will help with your immunity, especially if it still has lactoferrin left in it.
Mojo,
I would suggest some green or roibos tea, to assist with giving you some extra antioxidants. Vitamin B supplements will also help with getting more out of what you're eating and may help with your energy levels. Good Luck.
