Just wanted to let you know, I am a T2 diabetic and have done the liver and gallbladder cleanse twice. It doesn't affect my blood Sugar at all (meaning my BG did not go out of whack while doing the cleanse). I hope that in the next year I will be able to say I have beaten diabetes and cleanses are part of my strategy.

If you are on oral medication, you may want to cut down or stop during the cleanse. I didn't take any metformin the day of the fasting and didn't take any the next day until taking food. Since it stays in the body for a few days after taking this does not hurt anything. If you are on insulin, be careful of going low while fasting. Last but not least, if you are unsure how fasting will affect you (it doesn't affect me), test, test, test your BG.

Also, have you done any other cleansing before doing this? Colon or parasite? If not, you may want to consider doing that first.
