1) Beta carotene at least 45mg a day (I use 30mg morning, 15 lunch)
Better used with Vitamin C,E and lycopene as this way not only has a color effect to your skin (fat layer) but it triggers your melanocytes to work without sun exposure.
2) Search for L-Tyrosine. Combine with multivitamin that has copper.At least 500mg once a day.
Do that and under some lighting you will have darker skin than brunnetes. :)
