i use this one but only hold it in for 1-2 minutes, dont know if its mp coming out but it is not good stuff! haha, then take a Sea Salt enema which is about 1 teaspoon per pint then i re-mineral oral with emergen-c or equal product.Also take acidophilus or yogurt and multi-v.
