i want to know what brands / types of vit c, magnesium, and selenium you are all supplementing with. there are many different types and i want to know the most absorbable forms. also getting your vitamins from a reputable source is just as important as taking them so i wondered if any of you could recommend a decent brand as well. thanks.
I always get powdered C (ester-C) when I can, I can mix that with a smoothie or water, it's
supposedly more absorbable than tablet form. I use the New Chapter selenium,
it's got a really great reputation.
