I read that sulphur foods should not be eaten if one has candida (as it is a candida growth factor) but I am preparing for amalgam removal and subsequent detox and need to build my sulphur reserves. How does one reconcile that? Should I stop my small amts of kale, asparagus and much needed protein source, whey?
I can't juice greens because they are goitrogens and I am hypothyroid, many people with mercury toxicity and candida are hypothyroid :(
Several articles on the net said sulphur is a growth factor for candida.
if you have serious thyroid issues then stay with what your doing, if not, detoxing the receptor sites of your hormones and then the glands themselves
with juices i mentioned.. does turn a disease around..i know from experience!
