That's great news that your unit showed up. If you want to get started with the oil, use the bubbler that came with the Nature Kleen and find a tall glass container with a fairly narrow top. A one litre wine decanter works well for this. Fill the jar only 1/2 full of extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil, insert the bubbler (connected by the tubing to the machine) into the oil and turn on the machine to 'continouous'. Let the machine run for as little as twenty minutes or as much as twelve hours. The longer you ozonate the oil, the stronger the oil will become. For ingestion, Dr Clark does not recommend longer ozonation than twelve hours. Once you use the ceramic bubbler for olive oil, you will never be able to use it for water, only oils, so if I were you I would wait until your stainless bubbler comes and use it for the oil and the ceramic one that comes with the machine for water. At least you will be able to clean the stainless one when it becomes clogged with oil residues. The ceramic ones are much harder to clean when used with oils.
